Psychotherapy offers a confidential space to explore what feels overwhelming, painful, or unclear. Itβs an opportunity to slow down, listen inwardly, and make sense of the patterns that shape your relationships, choices, and sense of self.
-
Our approach is integrative and relational.
We draw from attachment theory, psychodynamic perspectives, and experiential methods to support a deeper understanding of yourself.
Together, we focus on awareness, compassion, and connection β not just symptom relief, but long-term emotional growth. -
Psychotherapeutic sessions cost $150.00.
Sessions run for 50 mins.
-
Sessions are conducted either in-person at Yarra Valley ECOSS, Studio 2, or alternatively online via secure video platform. This allows you to engage in therapy from your own familiar environment, wherever you are in Australia.
-
The length of psychotherapy is different for everyone. Some people come for short-term support around a specific concern, while others engage in longer-term work to explore deeper patterns and create lasting change.
-
We encourage people to attend weekly or fortnightly to maintain continuity and momentum. The frequency can shift depending on your goals, life circumstances, and what feels supportive.
